Sheppco is a web design and web development company based in Pittsburgh, PA and Boston, MA. Sheppco is a sole proprietorship which consists of myself, Chip Sheppard, two computers and a phone. I work at home where my 6 and 8 year old run amuck, make noise, mess stuff up and create extra work for me so in a sense it's like working for a real company. I have a BS in Software Engineering and have been working with computers and programming since 1982.
